Join Us for Worship
In keeping with precautions about Covid-19 and other transmissible disease, South Seattle Friends Meeting holds a hybrid meeting for worship Sundays (except the first weekend in August) from 11:00 a.m. to noon. The in person meeting is at the Central Area Senior Center at 500 30th Ave. S, Seattle, WA 98144 with a video link to the virtual meeting. Please contact the clerk of meeting at clerk@southseattlefriends.org for further information about joining our virtual meeting. Masking is optional during our in-person meeting for worship.
We offer singing before the meeting for worship at 10:45 am, and childcare is offered weekly.
Join Us for Business
Our Meeting for Worship with Attention to Business is held on the 3rd Sunday of every month at 1:15 p.m. on zoom only. All are welcome to join. Please contact the clerk for the login information clerk@southseattlefriends.org . We hope to see you there!
Join a Committee
South Seattle Friends Meeting is served by several committees: Community Spiritual Life (pastoral care and worship); Education; Finance; Arrangements (logistics); and Nominating. There is an ad hoc committee for Uprooting Racism. The Nominating Committee proposes new members for most of these committees. Please contact the clerk of meeting clerk@southseattlefriends.org if you have an interest in any of these committees.

You can join our email list by coming to the in-person meeting for worship and filling out a form (can be found in the collection box or just ask the person who is closing the meeting), or, if you are attending by zoom, give your contact information to the person who convenes the zoom meeting after the in person meeting for worship closes. Joining the email list allows you to access our meeting directory.

Please send checks made out to SSFM, P.O. Box 28278, Seattle WA 98118. You can also deposit cash or checks in our contribution box if you attend Meeting for Worship in person.
